This chemical manufacturing company provides products to a variety of customers in a wide range of industries. The company has been very profitable over the last decade and is looking to take the step necessary to ensure success in the next decade. They are looking to upgrade their staff with a talented Reliability Engineering Manager to their team. They are looking for an individual with high potential that is looking to grow with an organization.
You will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing a world class reliability program
Leading an organization from a reactive maintenance mentality to a proactive mentality
Management of the maintenance department
Optimization of processing equipment
Plant capital upgrades
Providing leadership in operation improvements and strategies
To be considered for this role you must have:
At least a four-year engineering degree in mechanical or chemical engineering
Proven experience implementing a world class reliability program
Ideally experience in the chemical or related industry
Ability to lead a team to become more proactive
