CHARACTERISTICS:
Breed: Senegal Parrot Age: unknown Sex: unknown we believe male by behaviors. ADOPTION FEE: $200 Buzz came to us in very very bad condition. He was feather picking and terrified of anyone who came near the cage. He is doing MUCH better now. He has not been vetted yet due to his fear of people but will be soon visiting the vet for most likely his very first visit in his lifetime. He is doing really well with his foster mom. He is eating very well. His feathers are growing in. He now allows his foster mom to be in the cage with out attacking her. His foster mom is working on getting him to step up on her finger. He allows her finger to be in front of him but has not yet stepped up but this is GREAT PROGRESS from the terrified bird we received not too long ago. Due to the economy we are now accepting birds and have started a bird division of Animal House Rescue. Our birds are fostered in homes. Adoption fees will vary on birds as to the amount of vetting needed. Please email with any questions you may have. Sex is not gaurenteed unless stated. Veterinary exams have been done on each bird in our rescue prior to adoption.
