Golden Retriever - Large - Adult - Male - Dog - Maverick

This is what his foster mom has to say: This over 5 year old golden is just a big sweetie! He is very sociable with other dogs, cats, and people that hes been introduced to. He has a very laid back personality and is content just to hang out with his humans. He does like going for walks and is a perfect gentleman on the leash. He can break out of a crate if he feels he has been left in too long, but he is excellent in the house, so he hasnt been crated since the completion of his heartworm treatment. Yes when rescued he was discovered to have heartworm. He has fully recovered and is showing no ill effects from his ordeal. He is just a wonderful all around dog looking for his forever home.
