PLEASE do your research on what it means to own a ferret before ever getting one. We here at Ruggie's Ferret Rescue would be glad to get you started on this research and/or answer any questions you may have. 1-20-08 Sadly Angel has crossed the bridge this week. We are pretty sure that lymphomia got the better of her. Her brothers seem to be handling the loss well and they are now back up for adoption. The group of four is now a group of three. We will all miss Angel, but she is no longer in pain. 1-10-08 At this time this group is not available for adoption. Angel has taken ill and is being put on our hospice list. Sadly there is nothing more that we can do for Angel except making her comfortable. Once time comes for Angel to leave us and we are sure that the boys have adjusted well to the loss, the three boys will be put back up for adoption.This is a group of four. Beaner and Gizmo are a little over a year old. Spike is 3-4 years old and Angel is 4-5 years old and also the only female in the group. Since coming to the shelter, Angel has been diagnosed with low blood sugar and does require medication. All for furkids are sweet hearts and are looking for a forever home that can give them lots of love. We will never split up bonded groups, so please don't ask. All adoptions require an adoption fee, contract, proof of vet care and possibly a home visit before and/or after adoption.Ruggie's Ferret Rescue reserves the right to refuse adoption to anyone for any reason.
